How frustrating is it when you’re working away at your desk, getting through all those tasks when suddenly, there’s a cork in your workflow.

Create a reward system

It works for kids, pets and – believe it or not – people who have hectic jobs. There’s nothing that will encourage you to get through those tasks more than a pleasant reward! Finally sorted through your inbox? Treat yourself to a chocolate bar. Returned all those customers calls? Spoil yourself with 30 minutes of social media scrolling.
